To resolve this issue, exclude the ntmsdata folder within the host properties of the client.

1. Go to the properties of the client within the Host Properties

2. Expand Windows Client, select Exclude Lists (Figure 2)

3. Click Add, browse to the file to exclude or type the name. The default location for Windows 2000 is <system_drive>:\Winnt\system32\ntmsdata. The default location for Windows 2003 is <system_drive>:\WINDOWS\system32\ntmsdata.

4. Click Add then Close (Figure 3)

5. Click OK to close out of the client properties (Figure 4)
